2^nd Dec:            A meeting with the parents was held for the annual  programme. Many     parents    gave

                         donation  for this programme.

7^th Dec:            U/14 national football tournament was held in Andaman &  Nicobar   sponsored Air

                         India , 2 students participated.

8^th Dec:            Grand Rehearsal of annual Function and press conference were held. Reporters

                         And photographers from different medias like Divya  Bhasker , Sandesh, Gujarat

                         Samachar etc covered this programme . the press conference took place from 12.00p.m

                         Onwards where as grand rehearsal took place from 5.00 p.m to 8.30 p.m

9^th Dec:            A grand show of the Annual Function for the students of our school was conducted

                        The programme started at 6.30 p.m and continued till 9.30 p.m

10^th Dec:          The Annual Programme  started at 6.30 p.m . Our chief Guest was

                         Dr. M.P Chhaya Director of Education – Global  Indian Education Foundation,

                         Baroda. The programme was started with lighting the lamp by Dr M.P chhaya. The

                         Function was presided by Shr. (Dr) S.R lyengar – President – Baroda Lions Club

                         Education Trust .Other  honorable trustee member like Shri. Jagdishbhai Shukla,

                         Shri. Milin Mehta,  Mrs Shudha Parghi also attended the function. Dignified                                

                         personalities like Ex-Principal Mrs. Anjali Dave , Mrs Hawewala,PTA member

                         graced the occasion by their presence. Our Principal – Mrs Rashmi Mehta welcomed

                         the guests by her impeccable speech.

                          A team of talented students under the guidance of Mrs. Chandani Chaudhary compared

**  Around 350 students from  Science and Commerce section participated in this gala event

12^th Dec           21 students appeared in elementary art exam and 45 student appeared in intermediate     

                         Art Exam organized by state Gujarat  Board of Examination . All the students were

                         declared  as passed in the examination.

15^th  Dec:         Mr . Ranjit Patel & Mrs .Hemlata Koli had attended a training for “Model Teacher”.

                          It was a four day training held at Alembic Vidyalaya.

14^th  to

15^th Dec:          Master Yash Pamnani from class IX C  and Kumari Aishwarya from class XI A had

                        attended  training for “ Peer  Educators”. It was a one day training held at Alembic

                        Vidyalaya.

20^th  &

23^rd  Dec:         An essay competition organized  by Bharat  Punarnirman  Sangathan

                         took place on 20^th Dec for class VIII & IX. Topics were Patriotism ,Corruption in my                                                  

                         country,  India of my dreams. 24 students from class VIII and 35 students from class

                        IX participated in this competition.

21^st &

22^nd Dec:          A mathematical convention was organized by O.N.G.C , Makarpura. There were different

                         Types of competition related to mathematics, such as mathematical  Rangoli, Puzzle,

                          Brain storming, Quiz, Model making, elocution & essay   writing .6 students from

                          our school participated and they were accompanied by Mrs .Jagruti Bhatt,

                          Mr. Srikant Patel  and Ms. Poppy Mehta.

27^th Dec:          Result of essay competition organized by Bharat Punarnirman Sangathan

                         on 20^th & 23^rd Dec was declared . From 8^th & 9^th Master Chinmay Vinod and 

                          Ms. Juie Talavia stood 1^st and 2^nd respectively.  From class 11^th  Bhoomi Mehta and                                                                                  

                          Naman Muley stood  1^st and 2^nd  respectively.

28^th Dec:          A science quiz was organized by “Gujarat Council” on science and technology Gandhi-

                        nagar, on 28^th Dec at Community Science Center . Student from Higher Secondary                  

                        Section participated and won the first prize at district level. The students were awarded

                        with certificates and cash prize of Rs 501/-
